After the phone consult, you will receive an email, to schedule your session. Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation with the date, time, and location of your session. Sessions can take place in your home, my home studio, or virtually.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes to your session. Fruits and light snacks are okay to eat up to 30 minutes before class time. Kundalini yoga detoxifies the body’s organs and systems, so be sure to stay hydrated before and after.
